Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Braden Fellman Group (“BFG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operations dashboard (the “Service”). The Service is an internal business platform provided to BFG employees and authorized personnel. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and Accounts
The Service is available only to BFG employees and individuals expressly authorized by BFG. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with applicable law and BFG policies. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
BFG offers optional operational SMS alerts (escalations, work orders, and approvals) to employees who opt in through the Service. By opting in, you agree to receive automated operational text messages from Braden Fellman Group at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan. You can reply STOP at any time to cancel and HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@bradenfellman.com. Consent to receive SMS alerts is not a condition of employment or of using the Service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile phone numbers and messaging consent information are used solely to deliver and administer these alerts. We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding data you or BFG enter in the ordinary course of business), is owned by BFG or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Service as authorized.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. BFG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes and Termination
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, including upon separation of employment or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
